The Definitive Guide to No-Contact
The “I Can’t Believe This Needed An Update” Update:
I wrote this many years ago (January 2011) and did a podcast on it as well. I couldn’t believe I needed to do an update to it (thought I had everything covered), but here we are….
Okay so now THIS is the:
Definitive Guide to No Contact.
There seems to be a little confusion as to what days it’s okay to contact the ex and what days it is not.
So I devised a simple “no contact” calendar for you. Figure out what day it is when you want to make contact and then go down the list.
If it’s NOT listed on here, please feel free to contact them and tell them you love them and want them back and will do anything to make that happen.
